OFFICIAL RULES

HOW TO ENTER, PARTICIPATE AND WIN:
The “Coasters and Cash” contest will begin Monday, 12, 2008 and end on Tuesday, May 27, 2008.

There are two ways to win.

ONE:
To participate, register at the following “Coasters and Cash” locations at the specified dates and times:
5/20/08 from 11:00am-1:00pm: J.O. Mory on Lima Road
5/20/08 from 5:45pm-7pm: McVan’s Video Games on Maysville Rd.
5/21/08 from 11:00am-1:00pm: J.O. Mory on Lima Road
5/21/08 from 3:45pm-5pm: Grabill Inn on Fairvew Dr. in Grabill
5/22/08 from 3:45pm-5pm: Espresso Gallery on Jefferson Blvd.
5/23/08 from 5:45pm-7pm: Cherished Again on Hovan Dr.

And complete the entry form to be entered for $100 Cash and will be included in the drawing for the grand prize: a four pack of tickets to Cedar Point good for the 2008 season.

At the end of each “Coasters and Cash” Remote a WAJI staff member will conduct a random drawing from among all of the entries received for that remote and the winner will be announced on-air and will be notified by phone that evening. The selected entrant will win $100 cash and will be included in the drawing for the grand prize: a four pack of tickets to Cedar Point good for the 2008 season that Majic in the Morning will give away the next business morning.

There will be a maximum of one chance ON LOCATION per business day to win.

TWO:
To participate in the contest, beginning on Monday, May 12, 2008 through Friday, May 23, 2008, listen each weekday from 9am-5pm for the Majic Roller Coaster. When you hear it, be caller number 9 at (260) 467-9500 or Centennial Wireless Customers dial *951 or Toll Free One Communications 1-877-951-9254 to $100 Cash plus be qualified for the grand prize: a four pack of tickets to Cedar Point good for the 2008 season.

There will be a maximum of 3 chances ON-AIR each weekday to win.

GRAND PRIZE GIVEAWAY:
All qualifiers must listen at approximately 7:30am the following business morning with “Majic in the Morning.” A WAJI staff member will conduct a random drawing from among all of the entries from the previous business day and will announce the name on-air. The selected entrant will have one (1) minute from when their name is announced to call and claim their prize. If they do not call within the allotted time, they will forfeit the prize and an alternate entrant will be selected. This process will continue until one winner for Cedar Point tickets is determined.

In the event that all of the entrants have been announced and a winner for the Cedar Point tickets has not determined, then everyone will forfeit the Cedar Point tickets for that day and it will become the property of WAJI.

WAJI is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals or telephone malfunctions and any other difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing his/her call during this contest. When asked to call, please dial carefully.

There will be a maximum of 10 grand prize winners for this contest.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICITIONS:
The contest is open to legal residents 18 years of age and older and who reside in the WAJI listening area. Employees and family members of Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., participating retailers/sponsors, and employees of other radio stations in the Fort Wayne Metro area are not eligible to participate and win. Family members are defined as parents, children, spouses, in-laws, those in spouse-like relationships, and siblings (including those in step and half relations when living in the same household.) Anyone who has worked for or interned with Sarkes Tarzian, Inc. is not eligible to participate or win.

The Grand Prize winners for Disney and Dollars, American Idol Finale, are ineligible to participate in this contest.

You may qualify more than once during this contest but you may only win the $100 cash one time during this contest. You may only win the grand prize one time during this contest.

There may be more than one $100 winner per household in this contest.
Only one grand prize winner per household is permitted in this contest.

PRIZE:
The qualifying prize will be $100 cash.

The grand prize winners will receive a four pack of tickets to Cedar Point, valued at $144.00

Contest prizes are non-transferable and will be awarded to the person who entered the contest. Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.

All winners must claim their prize by coming to the WAJI Studios: 347 West Berry Street, Suite 417, Fort Wayne, IN. within 30 days from the date won, otherwise they will forfeit the prize and it will become the property of WAJI.

Decisions of station management with respect to this contest are final.

CONDITIONS:
The times of day that the “Majic Roller Coaster” will go shall be pre-determined by WAJI.

Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be reported to the IRS on IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent.

By participating in the contest, the winners agree to allow their name, voice, and/or likeness to be used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest for a period of one year without any financial or other compensation.

Contest winners are required to sign a Receipt verifying eligibility prior to acceptance of any prize of more than nominal value. The winners will agree to hold WAJI, Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., and the respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

The winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, and a Receipt for Prize and Award upon acceptance of the prize. The winners agree to hold WAJI, Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., and the respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of each of them, harmless from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

WAJI makes no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the nature of the prize awarded. If this contest is not capable of running as planned due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of WAJI which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, WAJI reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who WAJI believes has tampered with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.

These rules are subject to the interpretation of WAJI. Any aspect of these rules, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value, can be changed at the discretion of WAJI, and such change(s) will become effective upon on-air or other appropriate announcement. No purchase necessary.

Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of WAJI. 

WAJI is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of any prize.
