FORT WAYNE NISSAN WEB CONTEST
Official Rules
The “Fort Wayne Nissan” web contest will begin on Tuesday, April 15, 2008 and will end on Tuesday, May 27, 2008.
HOW TO ENTER:
To participate in this contest go to www.waji.com beginning Monday, April 14, 2008 through Monday, May 26, 2008 at 5pm, correctly unscramble all ten Fort Wayne Nissan vehicles, complete the form with your name, address, home phone and work phone, email address, and birthdate. All correct entries will be entered to win an oil change courtesy of Fort Wayne Nissan plus the grand prize: a $300 B.P. Lassus Handy Dandy gas card.
Each Monday, beginning Monday, April 21 through Monday, May 26, 2008 an oil change good at Fort Wayne Nissan will be given away. A WAJI staff member will conduct a random drawing from among all of the correct entries received. The selected entrant will be notified by phone after 9am. If the selected entrant cannot be notified within 5 business days from when the initial call was placed then that person will forfeit the prize and the oil change will become the property of WAJI for that week.
In the event that an oil change drawing is to take place and WAJI has not received any correct entries for this contest, then a drawing will not take place.
The grand prize will be given away on Tuesday, May 27, 2008. All oil change winners will be combined with all of the correct entries for this contest. A random drawing will be conducted and the selected entrant will be notified by phone after 9am. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within 5 business days from the date won then they will forfeit the prize and it will become the property of WAJI. There will not be an alternate winner selected for this contest.
WAJI is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.
ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:
This contest is to anyone 16 years of age or older. Employees of Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., B.P. Lassus Handy Dandy, Fort Wayne Nissan, and other radio stations in the Fort Wayne metro area, and members of their immediate families are ineligible. Immediate family is defined as: parents, children, spouse and those in spouse-like relationships, in-laws, siblings, including those in step and half relations where living in the same household.
You may participate even if you have recently won a prize from WAJI.
Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.
If you have worked or interned for WAJI, you are not eligible to participate in this contest.
Please, only one Internet entry per person.
PRIZE:
Weekly prize: Oil Change at Fort Wayne Nissan, valued at $25.00.
Grand prize: $300.00 B.P. Lassus Handy Dandy Gas Card.
The oil changes have been provided by Fort Wayne Nissan, in exchange for promotional consideration.

The weekly and grand prize winners must claim their prize by coming to the WAJI Studios: 347 West Berry Street, Suite 417, Fort Wayne, IN. within 30 days from the date won, otherwise they will forfeit the prize and it will become the property of WAJI.
Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.
Decisions of WAJI with respect to these rules and the conduct of the contest are final.
CONDITIONS:
Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be reported to the IRS on IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent.
By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to allow their name, voice and/or likeness to be used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest for a period of one year without additional financial or other compensation.
The contest winner is required to sign a receipt verifying eligibility prior to acceptance of the prize and is also required to sign a publicity and liability release in which the winner aggress to hold WAJI, Sarkes Tarzian, Inc. and the respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the award of the prize or participation in the contest.
WAJI, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the WAJI Web Site or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. The station further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
These rules are subject to the interpretation of WAJI. Any aspect of these rules, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value, can be changed at the discretion of WAJI, and such change(s) will become effective upon on-air or other appropriate announcement.
No purchase necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.
Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification at the sole discretion of WAJI.
WAJI is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of any prize.
